I flew all the way to vancouver from Calgary to pickup a truck being gifted to me. I had some issues with my documents and this location was able to deal with them. I am very thankful for that or I would have had to go back to Calgary empty handed. I didn’t get the man’s name that dealt with me but he seemed like he owned the business. He got things done and was very professional. I highly recommend this location.
I’ve been dealing with a gentleman named Harry (Hardit) who has been excellent. I’ve asked him dozens of varying questions for commercial and personal insurance and he ALWAYS has the answer without looking anything up. He’s a patient guy who takes the time to explain things properly. I’ve spoken with other agents as well and they’ve all been very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!
I had needed to renew my ICBC car insurance and Vincent was super efficient, pleasant to talk to, and renewed my insurance papers in less than 15 minutes! Thanks Vincent! Lots of free street parking and agents on hand. Much better experience than having to line up at London Drugs and Superstore where there is always a lineup and wait. I saved so much time here and it was quiet, clean and comfortable. Also, decent hours for those who work the 9-5. Highly recommended.
