I first came here because it was just up the block from my place. Great place to get my insurances. They helped me with my stolen license plates, custom license plates. Very knowledgable and very patient with me. I highly recommend this place.

I had needed to renew my ICBC car insurance and Vincent was super efficient, pleasant to talk to, and renewed my insurance papers in less than 15 minutes! Thanks Vincent! Lots of free street parking and agents on hand. Much better experience than having to line up at London Drugs and Superstore where there is always a lineup and wait. I saved so much time here and it was quiet, clean and comfortable. Also, decent hours for those who work the 9-5. Highly recommended.

Sold my vehicle and required the appropriate paperwork done as well as insure the buyer on his purchase. Service was immediate, responsive and friendly.
