Rod R has been my insurance agent for years, since I bought my Volkswagen. He is outstanding and very professional. I now have my Mazda and I know that Rod (and Murrick insurance) will help me out and remind me when my insurance renewal is due as I seem to dismiss all the ICBC renewal letters!
All staff are very efficient and helpful in handling my requests and insurance needs. Professional, polite and knowledgeable.
