All staff are very efficient and helpful in handling my requests and insurance needs. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. Have been using them for the past several years and will continue to do so, even though I’ve moved out of the area. Superior customer service still exists and this branch is a perfect example!
I came here to insure a Japanese import vehicle that had just passed its import inspection, and needed to be titled in Canada. Despite the sizeable pile of documents I came in with, i walked out with all the documents I needed, signed and completed. What could have been a very complex and confusing process was made quite easy by the talent employed here. Highly recommend.

I had needed to renew my ICBC car insurance and Vincent was super efficient, pleasant to talk to, and renewed my insurance papers in less than 15 minutes! Thanks Vincent! Lots of free street parking and agents on hand. Much better experience than having to line up at London Drugs and Superstore where there is always a lineup and wait. I saved so much time here and it was quiet, clean and comfortable. Also, decent hours for those who work the 9-5. Highly recommended.

I flew all the way to vancouver from Calgary to pickup a truck being gifted to me. I had some issues with my documents and this location was able to deal with them. I am very thankful for that or I would have had to go back to Calgary empty handed. I didn’t get the man’s name that dealt with me but he seemed like he owned the business. He got things done and was very professional. I highly recommend this location.
