We had Alan Ying help us and he went above and beyond to help us understand the plan and reminded us of the benefits which we had forgotten about and he in turn helped us to access what we needed. He was an excellent resource! Highly recommend him!!

I had needed to renew my ICBC car insurance and Vincent was super efficient, pleasant to talk to, and renewed my insurance papers in less than 15 minutes! Thanks Vincent! Lots of free street parking and agents on hand. Much better experience than having to line up at London Drugs and Superstore where there is always a lineup and wait. I saved so much time here and it was quiet, clean and comfortable. Also, decent hours for those who work the 9-5. Highly recommended.
